Commercial Bathroom Dry-out

This particular facility was hit hard by water damage. The building had water in multiple rooms, but this is where it ended up hitting the worst. As you can see, this bathroom has a wood floor. From the surface, the damage doesn’t look too terrible. However, the extent of the water damage wasn’t revealed until the floorboards were pulled up. The padding underneath the wood floor has some very clear signs of major water damage. So our teams set up the air movers and got to work on getting the floors ready to be restored!
