Toilet Damage

Toilets have a bad propensity of leading to water damage, from leaky lines to overflows. The tank to this toilet was the cause of the damage here. A small crack turned into a heavy leak. The damage was severe enough that when our teams came to dry the floors, they needed to pull up the tiles to really dry the area and avoid secondary damage. The air movers that can be seen in the after-photo had been placed for optimal drying directly to the base of the floor.
