Empty Rental Damage

Pictured here is the very definition of an unfinished basement. While there’s nothing wrong with something like this normally, when there is water damage it can pose quite a messy problem. When the pipes broke in this unoccupied rental home, the basement was hit pretty hard. The water created a muddy mess that needed to be dried before anything else in the basement could be cleaned or restored.

That is why the client called our team. Our techs came out and strategically placed the air movers, and you can see in the after picture the progress that the machines had in the basement. The important thing is that everything ended up working out for the client and their property. We did our best to make it all feel, “Like it never even happened.”
