Water Softener Leak

Water softeners are a helpful (and sometimes necessary) piece of equipment to have for your water supply. However, just like anything else, sometimes they malfunction. When they do, the damage can vary in severity.

The damage this customer had definitely qualified as severe. The hose on their water softener broke and caused an awful mess for them. There were sections of the wall and carpet in their basement that had to be removed for the drying process to be completed thoroughly. We were happy to help with the damage and we hope that they have better luck with their water softener in the future!
