Trim/Wall Drying
When the storms caused this hallway to be flooded with water, the first thing that was noticed was that the carpet was saturated. The next thing that was noticed was the moisture in the walls and the trim. So when we came in to start the water mitigation and drying process, we had to remove the carpet and the trim along the bottom of the wall. This is an important step because along with drying the floor, the walls also needed to be dried to avoid mold damage.
Once the area is dry, the customers will be able to get to the restoration/reconstruction step, and that will be the step that makes this water damage feel, “Like it never even happened.”
