Ceiling Water Damage

Water damage is common on ceilings. It can also be the most destructive type of water damage. Water build up in ceilings can cause ceilings to bow, and in the worst cases can cause them to collapse. If a cave-in occurs, you could experience damage to the contents of your house and possible injury to the people and pets who live there. Because of this, getting this problem fixed is incredibly important.

The attached images show a good example of a bowed ceiling that was on the verge of falling in on the homeowner. The water damage was so severe in this particular room that you can see the weight of the damaged materials trying to escape into the room. There is also some very extreme discoloration on the ceiling as well.

SERVPRO® was able to come in and not only repair the bowing, but the staining of the ceiling as well. The client was able to regain a sense of safety after the situation, and we were able to leave knowing that we had another satisfied client.
