Garage Flood
When this garage flooded due to a pipe issue, there was not just water damage and a mess on the floor. The walls of the garage were also affected to the point where the walls had to be torn up for them to be able to be dried properly. Seeing as how garages are generally pretty exposed to the elements anyway, it was a pretty good idea for the owner to reach out for our water mitigation and cleanup services.
