Little Leak = Bigger Problem
When you think about a small leak, it doesn’t seem like an immediately big problem. However, if they are unnoticed or ignored they can become a much bigger issue. The situation shown here shows damage in the first photo that might not seem like much. The second photo shows just how serious it was with how much needed to be removed from the area to fix the problem. The drywall needed to be removed, and some of the trim at the bottom of the wall was removed as well. It wasn’t devastating damage, but nobody wants to remove part of their wall from any room in their home.
Little leaks can turn into big problems really fast. The pictures above definitely prove that. So if you find that a small leak has started leaving a mess in your home or business, reach out to us and get it taken care of before it gets any worse.
