Another Basement Dry-out
The dry-out is one of the most important steps in the water cleanup and restoration process. Water that is not properly and completely dried out of walls and flooring has a higher chance of leading to mold. The client who called us out for this job realized this and that is why you see that all of the floorings have been torn out to get to the very bottom of the water issue. Of course, water dry-out is only a part of the process. As you can see in the photos, the base of the floor is dry and ready for the rest of the restoration process.
