Air Conditioner Water Damage

Air conditioners are necessary during these hot summer months. However, there are some damage risks that come with the use of these machines. The AC system in this house ended up springing a leak, which isn’t an uncommon occurrence. When it did, the buildup of moisture ended up causing some damage to the ceiling in this client’s living room. So what they decided to do was call us for the cleanup and restoration of the area.

By calling us, they were able to avoid any further water damage, and that helped them to avoid mold damage. The image on the right shows the area that had to be removed during the water mitigation process. The removal of that section of the ceiling is an important step in the process and is usually one of the final steps before the completed restoration of the affected spot.
