Extraction First - Drying Equipment After

Major water damage is a big problem whether your basement is finished or not. When damage like the water damage shown here happens, it’s important to know that you’re going to have a much better time cleaning up the water damage if you get the majority of the water extracted before you place any other drying equipment. (Let’s be real, a couple of fans are NOT going to do much when you have multiple inches of water on the floor.) That’s what we are trained to do. We get onto the job, extract any standing water, and then once that is done we get air movers and dehumidifiers placed as soon as possible so secondary water damage is avoided. It’s what we’re here for!
