Dave Schimmelpfennig

Dave is a Project Manager of SERVPRO of Peoria, N.C. Tazewell County and Galesburg/Macomb. He has been with SERVPRO for 3 years but has over 30 years of experience in the construction/restoration business. Dave holds certifications for LEAD, Water Restoration with Applied Structural Drying and Mold/Microbial Remediation. He pays attention to details and goes above and beyond on every job to make sure the customer is informed and satisfied with the work being done. Dave is available to answer your question about your existing job or to get you the help needed for a new loss of water, sewer, fire, mold, and biohazard clean up.

Danielle Bernier

Danielle is the contents division manager for us. She has worked at SERVPRO for  7 years. Danielle says her favorite part of her job is helping customers thru the content cleaning process and knowing at the end of the job the customer is satisfied. 

Training: WRT, Mold Remediaton Technician (Wonder Makers) , Fireline training, Esporta

Hobbies: painting/refinishing furniture and spending time at my cabin fishing and 4 wheeling with family and friends. 

Angela Adams

Angie is one of our cleaners and has been with us for eight years. Angie is a very happy-go-lucky girl and a fun member of our contents team. She is knowledgeable in fire, water, mold, and trauma cleanup and is very proud of the work she does here. In her own words “What other place can you put the pieces of people’s lives back together one job at a time?” Of course, nobody can work all the time, so when she’s not at work, Angie spends time with her “puppy child” Ellymae (who is her world). Between her love for her job and her wonderful four-legged friend, Angie is a pretty happy girl!

Casey Williams

Casey is a production technician for SERVPRO of North Central Tazewell County and she specializes in contents and structure cleaning. Casey has been with us for 18 months and comes from a background that includes another 10 years of cleaning experience. Casey is certified in Fire and Smoke restoration as well as Trauma and Bio-Hazard cleaning. Casey enjoys helping customers through the process of disaster restoration and seeing their joy with the final outcome. In Casey's spare time she enjoys spending with her son. They are both huge animal lovers.

Carrie Elwell

Carrie is a production technician here at SERVPRO of North Central Tazewell County  that specializes in content and structure cleaning. Carrie has been with us 3 years (this time) and a  total of 6 years experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. Carrie is certified in Water Mitigation, Fire and Smoke restoration, as well as Mold and Biohazard remediation. Carrie enjoys working with customers to help put their property back together after fire and water damage disasters. In her free time Carrie loves working on her home and spending time with her 4 children.

Wendy Moore

While Wendy spends her free time with her family, when she’s at work she is a very valuable content cleaning team member for our SERVPRO® franchises. She has been working here seven years and in that time she has gotten her certifications for water mitigation, mold remediation, and biohazard remediation. Wendy enjoys helping clients through the process of restoring their homes after they’ve experienced any type of disaster.

Greg Minton

Greg is a family man with four children and a wife of 11 years. He’s an avid Harley rider for fun and for charities (like St. Jude). He’s also a drone enthusiast. As a Peoria native, a former Chillicothe fireman (14 years) and someone who’s been building houses since he was 18, Greg is a perfect fit for the team at SERVPRO® North Central Tazewell County. He’s been working at SERVPRO® for 13 years, three years as Lead carpenter, ten years as Senior Lead Tech, and he’s now a Mitigation Superintendent. In his time here, he has pushed himself to be a success receiving a laundry list of certifications. These include being a Certified IICRC Water Tech as well as being certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, AMRT (Mold) Bio, Commercial Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Lead, Asbestos, Trauma, and nearly all of the other certifiable fields we have.

Mark Eldredge

Before coming to work for SERVPRO®, Mark got 18 years of experience in the insurance industry (everything from claims to sales). He brought his knowledge here and has been using it in the cleaning and restoration business going on eight months now.

Mark enjoys building professional relationships and networking with Central Illinois Agents and Claims Professionals. He’s always available to answer questions about SERVPRO® and help people find a way to contribute to the community.

Allyson Belcher

Allyson has been the Marketing Support Coordinator for our franchises since November 2018. She handles web/social media and a few other marketing tasks. With her degree in Digital and Media Design, she does her best to give our franchises the best marketing presence that she can.

Andrea Cooper

Andrea is one of our content cleaning team members. She has been with us for two years, and we are very happy to have her on our team!
