The Importance of Reviews and Testimonials

We know that it can get a little repetitive having businesses constantly asking you to leave a review or give a testimonial (especially when you’ve expressed that you had a good experience with them.) However, there is a reason we ask you to leave us feedback and share your experience.
We learn from feedback
Whether your experience has been positive or negative, we always appreciate your feedback. When you leave positive feedback, it gives us the chance to recognize the people on our team who are making the customer experience a positive one. Recognizing our team members individually fosters excellence within our teams as a whole. Adversely, letting us know that you have had a negative experience gives us the chance to take your constructive criticism and make changes where we need to, which gives us a chance to grow and become better as a company.
We want to share your story
Testimonials are the same, in that telling your story gives future customers a better idea of what we do and how we can help them when they experience damage to their property and bring us in for the cleaning and restoration process.
