Carpenter Mike and assistant carpenter Jordan did a remarkable job. They were professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable of their jobs.

I just want to make sure the team that cleaned my mom's house knows how grateful I am for the wonderful job they did. I was updated whenever anything came up. Zac called to let me know the furnace wasn’t working properly. Then he called to let me know that when the repairman came out towels were found in the furnace. He also called to let me know that they found money under a dollie. Zac is very caring and sensitive to the situation so I am very grateful. Paige Angie Carrie and Casey were very proactive in letting Zac know anytime something came up. They even trimmed some branches outside my mom's window so she could see out. They all went above and beyond. They are all a wonderful team and I will be sure to recommend SERVPRO and the team to anyone looking for these services in the future. He was in the area when one of the issues came up and stopped at my home to update me. Just another example of the awesome service they have provided.

Four hundred gallons of water poured through three floors of our house due to a broken pipe in an upstairs bathroom. 

We believe SERVPRO of Peoria and North Central Tazewell County deserves the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. 

We were very pleased with our SERVPRO experience. Greg was there for our last loss 2 years ago. Good to see the same people still working. He was familiar with us and our home. He is very professional, courteous and he knows his job well. We were very pleased with SERVPRO 2 years ago.
